DISCUSSION
On November 3, 2009, the City Council authorized the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine to apply for residual grant funding available through the Los Angeles County Proposition A Grant Program for the Silverado Park Community Center Improvements Project. This matter was reviewed by Deputy City Attorney Gary J. Anderson on April 13, 2011, and Budget Management Officer Victoria Bell on April 18, 2011.
