TITLE
Recommendation in regard to the application of RLL L-Pship, dba Lasher's An American Restaurant, for an Upgrade of License Privilege from an On-Sale Beer and Wine to an On-Sale General Alcoholic Beverage Control License at 3441 East Broadway; that the City Council receive and file application with or without conditions. (District 3)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest and options available to the City Council.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council response is due to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by February 4, 2005. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the February 1, 2005 City Council meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT
None.

Approve recommendation.
