TITLE
Recommendation in regard to the application of HEI/DG Long Beach LLC, dba Daily Grill, for a Person-to-Person and Premise-to-Premise transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License at One World Trade Center Suite 120; that the City Council receive and file application with or without conditions. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest and options available to the City Council.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council response is due to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by February 3, 2005. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the February 1, 2005 City Council meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT
None.
SUGGESTED ACTION
Approve recommendation.
