TITLE
Recommendation that City Council receive and file application with or without conditions in regard to the application of Cubimex Incorporated, dba Rhythm Lounge, for a Person-to-Person and Premise-to-Premise Transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License at 147 West Broadway; that the City Council receive and file application with or without conditions and determine if the application would serve the public convenience and necessity. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest and options available to the City Council.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council response is due to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by February 4, 2005. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the February 1, 2005 City Council meeting.

None.
