DISCUSSION
On November 22, 2016, the City Council authorized the execution of Lease No. 34494 (Lease) between 222 West Sixth Street, LLC, predecessor-in-interest to Landlord, and the City of Long Beach (City), for approximately 8,020 square feet of office space at 222 West 6th Street, Suite 410, San Pedro (Premises), for the relocation and continued operation of the Harbor Gateway WorkSource Center (HGWSC).
