DISCUSSION

David Poss has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Government Operations and Efficiency Committee on June 20, 2023, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $160,000.00 by the City and David Poss.
