TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges he was injured by a condition of public property while riding his bicycle through Lakewood Blvd. tunnel on August 3, 2019.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $150,000.00 -inclusive of costs and fees - as a full settlement of this case.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee (Attorney/Client) on March 21,  2023.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
