Recommendation to determine that the project is within the scope of the project previously analyzed as part of the Downtown Plan Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2009071006) and Downtown Plan PEIR Addendum (EIRA06-20) and warrants no further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162; and
Approve Site Plan Review SPR 20-045 for a new 8-story, 69-unit, residential building, including two levels of parking providing 123 parking spaces on a site currently developed with a commercial/office building and surface parking located at 937-957 Pine Avenue and 120 West 10th Street in the Downtown (PD-30) Plan.
