The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment  to Agreement No. 32693 with the firm Keesal, Young & Logan, PC, for an additional $400,000 to continue representation of the City in the matter of Christopher Stuart, et al. vs. City of Long Beach, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV21452.
