TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges he was injured as a result of an auto accident involving Long Beach Public Works Department employee Louis Robinson on April 18, 2017. Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $190,000.00 - inclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs - as a full, global settlement of this case. The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government, Personnel and Elections Oversight Committee (Attorney/Client) on April 19, 2022.

Approve recommendation.
