TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm Keesal, Young & Logan, PC, for legal services in the matter entitled Christopher Stuart, et al. vs City of Long Beach, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV21452.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm Keesal, Young & Logan, PC, for an additional $300,000 for a total not to exceed the amount of $500,000.
