TITLE

DISCUSSION

On June 23, 2007, an unmarked Police Department vehicle was involved in a traffic collision with a private vehicle containing Plaintiffs. After extensive negotiations, a tentative settlement of $9,500.00 was reached.

The Economic Development and Finance Committee approved the proposed settlement on October 6,2009.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
