DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a first amendment to the agreement with the firm of Hurrell & Cantrall, LLP for legal services, in the matter entitled Suzanne C. Gordin v. City of Long Beach, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV07941. The amendment would authorize an additional $100,000 for litigation expenses incurred through trial, for a total of $350,000.
