TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with the firm of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo for legal services in the matter entitled Thomas Gonzales, an individual v. City of Long Beach Case Number NC053533. The amendment would authorize an additional $200,000.00 for litigation expenses incurred through trial, and post-trial motions.
