TITLE
Recommendation to City Council to concur in the recommendation of the Budget Oversight Committee to equalize the Fiscal Year 2010 budgets for all City Council District Offices.
DISCUSSION
The Budget Oversight Committee, at its meeting held March 10, 2009, considered communications relative to the above subject.
It is the recommendatino of the Budget Oversight Committee that the City council equalize the FY 2010 budgets for all Council District Offices.
The BOC discussed a proposed reduction of 15%, to be applied to the Discretionary portion of the budget, which equals $553,232 annualy ($3,688,214 x 0.15). Alternatively, this reduction represents a 14.1738% decrease from the FY 2010 Base Budget ($3,903,196).
