TITLE

DISCUSSION

This is to inform you that the amount of $1,200,000.00 was paid on October 8, 2008 to Michael Poling, Samantha Poling, and to MetLife Insurance Company in trust of minors Keef Stephens, Emerson Stephens and Landon Stephens, in full settlement of the as authorized by the City Council in closed session held on Tuesday, August 19, 2008.
