CSULB will be responsible for providing all student orientations, placements, provision of liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and payment of all applicable salaries/benefits while the students are interning at PRM facilities. The City of Long Beach will not incur any costs from the proposed agreement.

This matter was reviewed by Deputy City Attorney Kendra L. Carney on March 16, 2015, and by Budget Management Officer Victoria Bell on March 13, 2015.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
