DISCUSSION

On August 21,2004, Plaintiff tripped and fell on the sidewalk located at 5828 Gaviota Avenue, in the City of Long Beach and sustained personal injuries and other damages. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff incurred medical expenses of approximately $40,000.

Approve recommendation.
