TITLE

DISCUSSION

[On September 8-10, 2006, I traveled to Washington D .C. to attend the 38th Annual Legislative Conference held by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. The conference provided an opportunity for elected officials, civic and corporate leaders and educators from around the country to discuss issues of concern, to network and to share ideas on how to address our mutual concerns and

interests.
