TITLE

DISCUSSION

Pursuant to your request on August 1, 2006, this office has prepared and submits the above-described ordinance for your consideration. Section 10.66 of the Long Beach Municipal Code presently prohibits cruising on certain public streets. The attached ordinance amends Section 10.66.050 of the Code so that cruising is prohibited on Pine Avenue between Ocean Boulevard and Seventh Street, in addition to those streets on which cruising is already prohbited.
