DISCUSSION

Diana Adamson has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on November 1, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Diana Adamson, based upon a 52 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Margaret Barajas has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on November 1, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Margaret Barajas, based upon a 24 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

James Espinosa has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.
