TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Compromises and Releases for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $12,000 for claim of William Lopresti, $10,600 for claim of Maria Moran, $22,000 for claim of Carol Stow, $55,000 for claim of Jacqueline Tyner, $13,000 for claim of Renae Tyner, and $21,500 and $7,500 to settle the Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits for a total of $29,000 for claim of Kenneth Harris in compliance with the Appeals Board Orders.
