TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute replacement subdivision agreements with the Sares Regis Group (Sares) for offsite improvements on certain portions of the Douglas Park Development (Douglas) covered by Tract Nos. 70937-2, 70937-3, 70937-4, and 70937-5, located north of Cover Street and west of Lakewood Boulevard, and authorize the release of previous subdivision agreements with The Boeing Company (Boeing).  (District 5)

DISCUSSION
On April 19, 2011 and December 6, 2011, City Council authorized the City Manager to execute subdivision agreements with Boeing for offsite improvements on certain portions of the Douglas property, covered by Tract Nos. 70937-1, 70937-2, 70937-3, 70937-4, and 70937-5. A vicinity map is attached showing the tract locations. Boeing recently sold portions of the Douglas property to Sares, and has requested that new subdivision agreements be executed by the new owner to replace and supersede the previous subdivision agreements in order to relieve Boeing. Accordingly, Council approval is being requested to accept replacement subdivision agreements with the Sares and to release the previous subdivision agreements with Boeing.
