TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit two Stipulations with Request for Award for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay 1) $61,096.25 and also 2) separate authority to pay $9,640 in compliance with the Appeals Board Order for Douglas Robbins.
DISCUSSION
Doublas Robbins has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee onFebruary 7, 2012, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Douglas Robbins, based upon a 1) a 58 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as necessary, and 2) a 17-1/2 percent permanent disability with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Approve recommendation.
