SUGGESTED ACTION

Authorize City Manager to submit  application and execute any necessary documents to secure $149,115 in funding from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Stearns Champions Park Outdoor Restroom project; and,

Increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund (CP) and in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine (PR) in the amount of $149,115.
