TITLE

DISCUSSION

On July 27, 2006, a City vehicle was involved in a traffic collision with a private vehicle containing Plaintiff. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff incurred medical expenses.

The Economic Development and Finance Committee approved the proposed settlement on June 10,2008.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
