TITLE

Recommendation to the City Council to concur in the recommendation of the Tidelands and Harbor Committee to request a study session to discuss the Port of Long Beach's Clean Trucks Program and Concession Agreement recently approved by the Harbor Commission.

DISCUSSION

The Tidelands and Harbor Committee, at its meeting held June 24, 2008 considered communications relative to the above subject.

It is the recommendation of the Committee to the City Council to request a Study Session to discuss the Port of Long Beach's Clean Trucks Program and Concession Agreement recently approved by the Harbor Commission.
