SUGGESTED ACTION

Adopt Resolution authorizing City Manager to execute an agreement with Corporate Experss, an authorized AllSteel Inc. dealer, pursuant to the CMAS Contract Number 4-01-01-0060A, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 plus an additional 2 percent of that base amount, if needed for unforeseen expenses, to be added by amendment to the agreement.
