TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Contract No. 28482 to substitute the law firm of Wickwire Gavin, LLP in the place and stead of Brown, Winfield & Canzoneri, Inc. in connection with the legal action entitled Leonard McSherry v. City of Long Beach, et al., Case No. CV 02-03767.  

Therefore, it is respectfully requested that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Contract No. 28482.
