DISCUSSION
Jack Bender has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 7, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jack Bender, based upon a 1.) 47 percent disability rating, 2.) 13 percent disability rating; and 3.) 66 percent disability rating, each Stipulation has a provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Craig Crandall has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 7, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Craig Crandall, based upon a 22 percent disability rating, and a zero percent permanent disability, both with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Robert Gardner has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.
