TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Love and Service Hospitality, LLC, dba Prime by Shanendoah, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 3701 East 4th Street. (District 3)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible basis for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on November 22, 2016, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the November 29, 2016 due date.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
