DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists.  This location is currently applying for three On-Sale licenses, and one Off-Sale license. Each of the On-Sale licenses will be restricted to classrooms and a cordoned off area within the establishment for tastings. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
 
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council response is due to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by February 18, 2015.  Accordingly, City Council action is required at the February 10, 2015 City Council meeting.

None.
