TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file report on travel to Washington, DC, for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference in September 2015.
DISCUSSION
From September 16th-20th, I travelled to Washington, DC, to attend the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference.
In addition to attending the conference, I was able to meet with the Office of Cabinet Affairs and My Brothers Keeper, the Federal Maritime Commission, and Congressional representatives to provide various Long Beach updates and discuss relevant issues.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to file this report.
