SUGGESTED ACTION

Authorize City Manager to execute three-month extension of the agreement between       City of Long Beach, as Long Beach Unit Operator, and West Coast Energy, LLC,       changing termination date to October 31, 2004, and provide for City Manager to approve additional three-month extension, if required, to agreement for sale of oil allocated to Long Beach Unit Townlot Working Interest Owners.
