Title: Recommendation to direct City Manager to allocate all future Citywide-eligible funds for residential street repairs according to the following formula: 1) Half of the funds will be divided equally among the nine Council Districts; 2) The remaining half of these funds will be distributed among the nine Council Districts according to each District’s percentage of Citywide need, as determined by the total dollar value for streets with a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) below 70 according to current 10-year plan for repairs or the most current available assessment of need.
