TITLE

DISCUSSION

The dependents of Hector Gutierrez seek death benefits in accordance with Workers' Compensation Law. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on December 17, 2019, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release for death benefits by the City payable to dependents of decedent, Hector Gutierrez.
