TITLE
Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to sign and file all necessary documents associated with the Community Power Resiliency Allocation from the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.

FISCAL IMPACT
$300,000 in grant funds will be available with no matching requirement. The total project cost for replacing both generators is $330,000. The remaining $30,000 for the project is included in the Water Fund FY 21 Budget and will be included in the FY 22 Budget.
