DISCUSSION
On December 15, 2015, the City Council adopted Specifications No. RFQ PW15-102 and awarded contracts to Anchor QEA, LLC, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., Harris & Associates, Inc., HDR Engineering, Inc., Kleinfelder, Inc., Koa Consulting, Inc., KOA Corporation, Moffatt & Nichol, Nabih Youssef & Associates, Psomas, Michael Baker International, Inc., and Tetra Tech, Inc., to provide as-needed professional engineering services for a three-year term, with the option to extend the term for two additional one-year terms, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $36,000,000.

On January 23, 2018, the City Council approved an increase to the contract with Koa Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $1,500,000 for extra work related to Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (LB-MUST) Project, thus increasing the aggregate not to exceed amount to $37,500,000.
