SUGGESTED ACTION
Authorize City Manager to execute Second Amendment to Agreement No. 26971 for the period of July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2006 at $38,157 for each twelve (12) month period;
Authorize City Manager to execute Second Amendment to Agreement No. 27863 for $13,500 for the period of July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005; and
Authorize City Manager to execute agreements with Cities of Cerritos and Los Alamitos for $183,866 and $72,635, respectively, for period of July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, and authorize City Manager to extend agreements for up to two consecutive one-year terms with price escalation tied to the Consumer Price Index.
