TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of 7 Eleven Incorporated, dba 7 Eleven Store 2174 33450B, for a stock transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 152 Pine Avenue, with existing conditions. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses.
This Stock Transfer application is placed on the Consent Calendar for your information only; conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on June 19, 2008. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the June 17, 2008 City Council meeting.
