TITLE
Recommendation to request City Attorney to prepare an amendment to Long Beach Municipal Code Section 10.22.080 adding the prohibition of parking "For Sale" vehicles on the following streets:
· Livingston Drive between Quincy Avenue and Prospect Avenue;
· Lois Lane between Bennett Avenue and Quincy Avenue;
· 2nd Street from Sorrento Drive to Naples Plaza; and
· Naples Plaza from 2nd Street to The Toledo.
DISCUSSION
Currently section 10.22.080 of the Municipal Code (Parking Vehicles For Sale) prohibits parking of vehicles with signs "For Sale" on various streets.
At this time, I am requesting the City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the above section adding the prohibition of parking "For Sale" vehicles on the following streets:
· Livingston Drive between Quincy Avenue and Prospect Avenue
· Lois Lane between Bennett Avenue and Quincy Avenue
· 2nd Street from Sorrento Drive to Naples Plaza
· Naples Plaza from 2nd Street to The Toledo
