TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Agreement No. 35979 with Brutzkus Gubner for legal services in the Bankruptcy matter entitled EHT, US1, INC., et al, Case No. 21-10036-CSS.
DISCUSSION
On August 17, 2021, the City Council authorized the execution of an agreement with Brutzkus Gubner for legal services in the Bankruptcy matter entitled EHT, US1, Inc. A First Amendment to Agreement No. 35979 is requested to add an additional amount of $200,000 for a total amount not to exceed $600,000, in order that the firm may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled matter.
FISCAL IMPACT
Payment for these services will be paid by the Economic Development Department.
