Steve Neal (CD 9)- First Term through June 2025

 

For more than three decades Steve Neal has dedicated his life to serving and advocating for working families in the Los Angeles/Long Beach region. Steve has supported working families in his roles serving on the board of the Pacific Gateway Workforce Investment Network, Chair of the Measure A Citizens' Oversight Committee, Long Beach Transit, and The Guidance Center, serving four years on the Long Beach City Council. Steve is also the Senior Pastor for LIFE Gospel Ministries.

 

Citizens Police Complaint Commission

 

James Ahumada (CD 1) -Interim Term through June 2020

 

James is a District 1 resident and he currently works as the Senior Communications Manager for the CSULB Associated Students, Incorporated. He a graduate of this year's Leadership Long Beach class and is a member of the CSULB Alumni Association, Board of Directors MemberNice President of Business Development.

 

Civil Service Commission

 

Brandon Dowling (CD 1)-Interim Term through June 2022

 

Brandon Dowling is the Communications Director for Pacific6 Enterprises, where he oversees communications, community engagement, and employee/leadership messaging. He was also a communications officer for the City Manager's Office. Brandon has also served as the Internal Communications Director for Molina Health Care. He is currently a member of the first Economic and Policy Impact Center (EPIC) Leaders Institute Class.
