TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an

agreement with legal counsel Thomas J. Feeley in the matter

entitled, Thomas Lee Goldstein vs. City of Long Beach, et al.,

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the law firm of Thomas J. Feeley for an additional $100,000, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
