TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the law firm of Richards, Watson & Gershon, in the matter entitled, BKK Landfill West Covina.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City manager to execute an agreement with the law firm of Richards, Watson & Gershon for an additional $50,000, for a total of $100,000, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
