TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Richards, Watson & Gershon in the matter entitled Michael Mawn v. City of Long Beach, Case No. CV12-3741.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Richards, Watson & Gershon for an additional $300,000.00, for a total of $399,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
