TITLE

DISCUSSION

On July 12, 2003, a Police Department vehicle was involved in a traffic collision with a private vehicle driven by and containing Plaintiffs.  As a result of the accident, Plaintiffs incurred medical expenses.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
