SUGGESTED ACTION
Authorize City Manager to execute all necessary documents with State of California Department of Health Services for the provision of HIV/AIDS education and prevention services;
Authorize City Manager to execute first amendments to subcontracts extending term for a one-year period, and to extend agreements for up to two consecutive one-year terms subject to availability of funding and adequate performances in amounts as follows: Being Alive $144,000; Center for Behavioral Research and Services $180,000; and One in Long Beach $87,500; and
Authorize City Manager to execute subcontract agreement with Better World Advertising, Inc., in the amount of $182,000 for a one-year period; and to extend agreement for up to two consecutive one-year terms subject to availability of funding and adequate performance.
