Recommendation to request City Attorney to prepare all resolutions necessary to amend the City Manager's employment agreement for consideration at the October 11, 2005, meeting of the City Council.
DISCUSSION
and salary review. During Mr. Miller's annual evaluation on September 20, 2005, the
City Council determined that his performance warranted a salary increase.
The City Council will convene in Closed Session on Tuesday, October 4,2005 at 4:30
p.m. to determine City Manager Gerald R. Miller's salary, and will report out this
decision at the Council Meeting of October 4, 2005. The City Council may request the
City Attorney to prepare all resolutions necessary to amend the City Manager's
employment agreement, for consideration at the October 11 , 2005 Council meeting.
