TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the Law Firm of Kaiser & Swindells, in order to assist the City Attorney in connection with Pitchess Motions.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Law Firm of Kaiser & Swindells for an additional $50,000 in order that they may continue to represent the City's interests in the aboveentitled motions.
